Any timeshare sold with a deed has a feeling of a tangible value in the eyes of the holder. It does provide a fixed time typically. However, lately timeshare developers have been targeting the return of said deeds and convert the owners to points only. With the conversion to points only endless black out dates are most likely the only option for the newly converted owner. If you are a happy timeshare owner and want to remain an owner do not covert to points. This will be a irreversible action.
. It is a luxury item forged in lifelong debt. Don’t get me wrong there are many people who love their timeshare. However, there is a large majority who where over sold, under delivered products, deceived, or their life has changed and need alternatives.
The theory of timeshare sounds amazing. However, the fine print is where timeshare do not become advantageous to the average American on a fixed budget, or limited travel abilities.
